1. Acceptance

By installing or using Faktee, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.

2. Description of service

Faktee is a Chrome extension that extracts invoice data from PDF attachments in Gmail using AI. The service is provided "as is" during the beta period at no charge.

3. Activation codes

• Activation codes are personal and non-transferable
• Each code has a monthly usage limit based on the tier (Free: 10, Starter: 2000, Pro: 5000)
• We reserve the right to revoke codes that are misused or shared
• Beta codes provide free access for the lifetime of the beta program

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass the activation system
• Use Faktee to process documents you do not have the right to access
• Share your activation code with others
• Use automated tools to abuse the API

5. Accuracy of extracted data

Faktee uses AI to extract invoice data. While accuracy is generally high (95%+), we do not guarantee that all extracted data is correct. Always review the extracted data before submitting it to your accounting system. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect AI extraction.

6. Third-party services

Faktee uses Google Gemini API for AI processing. Your use of Faktee is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with Google or Fakturoid.

7. Limitation of liability

Faktee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, accounting errors, or business losses.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Faktee after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
